*Cold cast chrome is a process by which real chrome sintered powder forms an exterior surface, this has the feel and look of the very costly hot cast chrome, the former is then filled with a resin and bronze composite. The advantages to hot chrome casting are many not least of which is the cost, detail is incredible and just not possible with hot cast chrome.
