Jeff Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Fastway Flip Automatic Fold-Up Jack Foot with a six-inch extension for 2 1/4 inch diameter jacks. Now, this extension attaches to the bottom of your jack tube on your trailer jack with the included pin and clip right here. It does include the spacer ring and a stop washer when it's used on round jacks. Now, if you do install this on a square jack, these parts are not needed. This basically will offer automatic folding action as you crank your jack.

It'll automatically extend down, so when your jack is cranked up, it'll be like this up under your trailer. And then when you start cranking it to lower the jack, it'll automatically extend down. And then when it gets all the way, it'll lock into place when it's fully extended. And then when you're ready to go, if you just crank it to retract it, the jack will pull it right back up and tuck it up underneath the trailer, making storage simple and convenient. It does provide an extra additional six inches of height for appropriate clearance.

And that six-inch extension will minimize the amount of cranking that's required to position your jack. And of course, there's no more need for any of those wooden blocks or bricks to position your trailer. Also, this will help out if you're hooking up your weight distribution system. It'll help easily hook up the spring bars of your system. Now, this extension works best on trailers with taller decks.

They do offer this instead of a six-inch extension, they offer it in a four-inch extension, and that's for trailers that have low decks. We do sell the four inch one separately on our website, it's part number FA88-00-4500. Now, basically, when this is fully extended, the foot will stay right in here in place and it's wedged between the jack tube and the ground, so there's nothing extra to store or lose, it's all hooked up. This will easily, you can pull the pin and clip out and it'll easily remove for low clearing situations. The foot itself is made of a dependable steel construction.

We mentioned all the necessary hardware is all included. Application again, if it's square or round jacks with a 2 1/4 inch outer tubing, and the inner tube will have to have an outer diameter of two inches. Weight capacity for this is 1,400 pounds. We mentioned the extension is gonna be six inches. And the last thing I wanna measure is just the footplate. The footplate will measure six inches wide by about 4 1/2 inches long.
