We started our journey from Maskeliya town in the morning .We drove long the upcot road and took the turn towards gartmore estate. Gartmore road is very scenic, you may find many small waterfalls along the way.
First we reached the top of the waterfall, there you can see an areal view of the waterfall. then we tarted to drive towards the base of the waterfall. We came back and found the way to the base. this road is not marked in the google maps, but you can find it on satellite images. Most special thing about the fall is its location and falling to the maussakele reservoir.
