Who Am I?

I'm Louis Newman. Royal Marines Commando turned engineer turned founder.

Here's how I got here:

19: Completed Royal Marines Commando training. One of the hardest military programs in the world.

23: Convinced the military to fund my engineering degree. Graduated from University of York.

28: Started my first company, GuideMapp (a tour guide marketplace). Built a great product. Didn't understand sales. It failed.

29: Decided to commit entirely to understanding sales. Joined an AI SDR startup.

32: Spent 2 years watching millions of cold emails fail. Spotted what actually worked: giving value first.

33: Started Magnetite.ai. A done-for-you sales service where you only pay per meeting booked. We take the risk. You get the results.

Now: Building Solo Unicorn. One person. AI agents. No employees. Documented daily.
