Speedy Seedlings for Small Spaces: Techniques for a Productive Garden

Описание к видео Speedy Seedlings for Small Spaces: Techniques for a Productive Garden

Arising from a question, "! need advice on how to get the most benefit and what crops do well when started in your CD module trays. It still seems wrong to be growing in so little compost.”

The trays are deliberately economical with use of space and compost. While growing strong and healthy seedlings to plant out at 3 to 4 weeks, without potting on.

The huge benefits are:
1 you need less propagation space,
2 transplanting is quick into the small hole you make with a dibber such as I show*,
3 quick establishment of small transplants, compared to large and older ones.

* dibber in UK from https://www.gardenimports.co.uk/produ..., and in US from https://allaboutthegarden.com/collect...
