Get ready for some amazing shrimp tacos with fresh mango salsa!

Serving; Approximately 6 Tacos
Ingredients:
6 small tortillas (corn or flour)
1 large avocado
Spicy mayo
1 lime
3/4 lb shrimp (medium or large), raw
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Approximately 1 Tbsp olive oil
Can adjust seasonings to liking, these measurements are for reference. Personally, I just eye-balled it.

Directions:
1. Thaw and pat dry shrimp with paper towels and place in a medium bowl. Add seasonings and mix or shake to combine.
2. Place a large pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and add shrimp in a single layer. Sauté 1-2 minutes per side or until cooked through. As soon as they are cooked through (white inside with some pink and red accents outside), transfer to a separate plate and set aside to cool.
3. Heat tortillas as you like.
4. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop into a small bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork and make it as chunky or smooth as you’d like. Add salt, pepper, and lime juice to taste.
5. . Build tacos by spreading avocado on the tortilla, add shrimp, mango salsa, and top with spicy mayo.
6. Enjoy!
