EPIC FAIL - NEMO STARGAZE RECLINER

I bought the NEMO Stargaze Recliner for Kirsten as one of her Christmas gifts and this product turned out to be an epic fail on two accounts. This was her first time unpacking the chair and setting it up. The first failure was a tear in one of the back pockets that supports the smaller pole for the back rest. The second and most common complaint I've seen on the internet is the case is way too small to be able to intuitively place the chair back into the case. In fact, we had to watch the unpacking part of the video, you can see the video on pause on the TV in the thumbnail, to know how to re-package the chair.

NEMO really needs to improve their quality control as well as design a larger back so the chair is much easier to pack up. It's unfortunate this chair did not work out. We will now be looking for a better alternative.
