♡ Breakfast: Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp PB2
1 scoop choc protein powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon
to taste liquid stevia drops
1/3 cup of oats
1 tbsp lily’s choc chips
Macros: 352 Calories, 32 g protein, 36 g carbs, 7 g fat.

♡ Lunch: Coconut Chicken Tenders
4 oz chicken tenders
6 tbsp egg whites (to coat)
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
2 tbsp honey mustard
Macros: 300 calories, 35 g protein, 17 g carbs, 8 g fat.

♡ Dinner: Chicken Quinoa Bowl
1 cup quinoa & kale
1 cup spring mix or baby spinach
4 oz chicken weighed before cooking
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
2 tbsp cilantro avocado dressing
Macros: 318 calories, 28 g protein, 24 g carbs, 9 g fat.

3. Turkey and cheese roll ups: 2 thin slice cheese, 1-2 slices turkey.
4. Chocolate greek yogurt pudding: 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 2 tsp cocao powder, liquid stevia drops to taste, 1 tbsp lilys chocolate chips, 2 tbsp whip cream, top with fruit.
