The Big Five #personality test is one of, if not the world's most, well-renowned personality tests. You probably know it better as #BigFive or OCEAN as it measures five main personality traits spelling the acronym #OCEAN. The five traits are:

Openness to experience
• Conscientiousness
• Extraversion
• Agreeableness
• Neuroticism

In this video, we go in-depth on Conscientiousness (yeah, I know, a mouthful), and look at the #psychology behind that trait.

Conscientiousness is made up of the facets:

• Competence
• Order
• Dutifulness
• Achievement-striving
• Self-discipline
• Deliberation
