Can a Snow Foam CLEAN BETTER than a Citrus Pre Wash?!

Back in May 2023 I tested ValetPRO's Citrust Pre-Wash and, to say the least, I was very underwhelmed! Well ValetPRO saw that review and, in a very professional manner, got in touch and we discussed the review, things I could've done differently, things they are looking at and, perhaps more relative to the test, alternative products for certain situations. And to cut a long story short, I'm repeating that test today to ValetPRO's Snow Foam Combo 2... So let's see if they can redeem themselves!
