Today I am going to be discussing why tampons are bad for you, why tampons don't work anymore as a reasonable period solution, and period alternative for heavy flow.

You may be surprised to find that by trying sustainable period products, you may also find how to reduce period cramp pain. In my experience, switching to a menstrual cup has significantly reduced my period cramps. This is just one of the many reasons why I love menstrual cups and why menstrual cups are the best.

the truth is that tampons are bad for you and ideally we should all stop using tampons for our menstrual cycle.
