Aerial footage shot on the afternoon of 04 February 2019 over the Townsville suburbs of Railway Estate, Idalia, Hermit Park and Annandale which were severely impacted by an unprecedented flow of water from Ross River Dam. The city has received over a metre of rainfall in a week leading to the the dam reaching a level of just under 250%.
