Windows Recall Coming to Every PC? So a lot of people are worried about Microsoft Windows Recall on Windows 11 24H2 and some people are going as far as saying its running all the time even when disable copying all your data and sending it back to microsoft, this is misinformation. As of when the video was made, Recall is only available on Copilot+ PC. Windows Recall is still an opt-in feature on Copilot+ PC
