The Clark County Commission had a proverbial changing of the guard at Tuesday's, Jan. 4, 2022 meeting, when Commissioner Jim Gibson was sworn in as chairman of the board. Commissioner Justin Jones was sworn in as vice-chairman. Gibson brings his extensive career in political service and the practice of law to the role of chair. As the former mayor for the city of Henderson, the area he now represents on the Commission, Gibson looks forward to leading the County forward.
