Step 1: Launch the Mi Fitness app on your phone and navigate to the "Device" tab.

Step 2: Next, make sure you have your Redmi Watch 5 selected. If not, select it from your list of devices.

Step 3: In the Device tab, scroll down and tap on "Notifications and Calls" and select the "App Notifications" option.

Step 4: If you want to completely turn off app notifications, toggle off the "App Notifications" option.

Step 5: To customize app notifications instead of turning them off completely, find the apps that you want to disable notifications for, under the "Customize Notifications" option. Simply toggle off the notifications for those specific apps.

Whatever option you choose, notifications should no longer appear on your Redmi Watch 5.
