Tour and drone footage at sea of the Jeanneau Merry Fisher 895 Sport - Series 2 with twin Yamaha 250hp Steer By Wire outboard engines and 12" Garmin displays – just fitted out by Morgan Marine.

Lots of improvements from the Series 1 - including a repositioned galley, an improved forward cabin with more headroom and larger windows, an improved heads compartment layout and more seating at the bow.

This 9m boat delivers great performance and maximises both the interior and exterior space; whilst of course maintaining high levels of comfort and safety.

In this video, Oli demonstrates all the features and benefits of the boat and shows the overall layout – from the bow seating and the large aft cockpit with exterior galley, into the wheelhouse with aft and helm side doors, saloon seating and interior galley. Then into the forward and aft cabins and toilet compartment.

We then take the boat out to sea and demonstrate the performance and handling. All drone and helm footage filmed separately...

00:00 - Introduction to the boat and improvements added for the Series 2.
00:40 - Walk along the starboard side of the hull from bow to aft - large cockpit area in bow, large helm side door and improved side hull side door for easy access to pontoons / the water.
01:20 - Twin Yamaha 250hp outboards + joystick and autopilot etc - a fully loaded boat!
01:44 - Large cockpit area with folding seats and exterior galley and large rear locker.
02:44 - Starboard side deck with high handrails - up to bow seating.
03:40 - Access to wheelhouse through the large helm side door. Interior galley (with a sink, single burner stove and lots of storage) moved from in front of co-pilot seat (on Series 1) to behind the helm seat.
04:25 - Isolator switches in the cupboard near the galley. Large storage under the port side seat. Fridge under the helm seat.
05:00 - Port side folding table and reversible co-pilot bench. Opening sunroof.
05:30 - Helm position and dash with adjustable helm chair that that slides forwards and backwards but also rotates. New dash layout with Garmin display, Yamaha display and new Yamaha control box.
06:45 - Main cabin with improved headroom and island double berth. Wardrobe and extra storage.
08:05 - Heads compartment - more headroom and improved sink position from Series 1.
08:50 - Second cabin. Big double berth and shelves. Access panels.
09:15 - 12v fuse board under the steps from helm.
09:35 - Roof with frame for paddle board / tender + LED lights.
10:05 - Starting the engines and taking the boat off the berth. Putting the engines into single lever control.
11:05 - Out on the water. Getting on the plane and cruising speed.
12:35 - Starboard and port turns. Good visibility from large windscreen + windows + aft door.
13:15 - Acceleration from twin Yamaha 250hp – up to over 40 knots.
14:10 - Autopilot with heading hold feature.
14:30 - Yamaha display with compass heading. Set the Steer By Wire steering friction and the lock to lock turns.
15:20 - Rudder indicator on the Garmin display.
