Barn Find 1947 Ford Coupe! Flathead V8 Engine Abandoned for 15 Years!! Will It Run?!? Stuck Valves!

While I was working in the shop a couple gentlemen showed up with this 1947 Ford Coupe on the trailer. They'd just rescued it from a barn and cleaned it up and were looking to make a buck.
