Yey! Assalamu alaikum. Bismillahi Al-Rahman Al-Rahim. Because it's our first ever post here on our YouTube Channel, we'd like to feature our first ever merch too! They are lovely customized printed statement shirts that reflect our daily duties as Muslims.

A little something about us...

Hakawati comes from a fusion of two Arabic words: hekaye means “the story” and haki means “to talk,” and the one who tells the tales is called a hakawati.


We’re a revert Muslim couple on a mission. We're learning while helping others learn. And in this journey we realized something. We want you to be part of this journey. We realized that we're not just here to learn. We need to make something beyond learning - thus, our clothing brand.


We want to share the beautiful narratives of our deen (religion) not just on our social media posts but to our daily get-gos and OOTDs. Because, in the modern world, Muslims are supposed to behave like "Muslims" and the number one factor a Muslim can be identified as one is through his/her clothing.


We know that fashion is a complex universe to trade into but as Muslims, we are taught to what and what-not. We have to stay in a pace of our purpose why we're molded in the very first place. It's our mission.

At Muslim Hakawati, we nurture our emaan. And in this journey we help other Muslims stay afloat the beautiful Islamic norms. We make modern yet standard modest lifestyle clothing for every God-conscious Muslim.
