Pilates for Painful shoulders is a 15 minute programme of exercises for rotator cuff injury rehab and strengthening. You can do this session with or without a light resistance band according to how your shoulders feel. These exercises can help you strengthen the rotator cuff as well as rehabilitate an injury. It is a wonderful programme to follow that can benefit anyone looking to improve strength and mobility in their shoulders. You can increase the strength of the resistance as your shoulder pain reduces and your strength increases, just be mindful of not over doing it
