This time I made a simple Hardstyle supersaw lead in the Novation MiniNova, using the editor that comes as a VST. I have to say that I am disappointed by the supersaw in the MiniNova, the quality of the supersaw is really average. I expected a better supersaw from a hardware synth. The filter cutoff envelope is quite good however, the plucky sound has a nice presence which is important for Hardstyle.

Of course the MiniNova supersaw can certainly work for Hardstyle, but I have heard better even from certain soft synths, like Diva or Spire for instance. But still, I consider the MiniNova to be better for non-EDM music.
