🟢材料:
雞中翼 10 隻
蜜糖 2 湯匙
檸檬 1 個
薑 1 塊
紹興酒 1 湯匙
鹽、胡椒粉 適量

🟢步驟:
1️⃣ 解凍雞翼,洗淨後汆水1~2 分鐘。
2️⃣ 加入少許胡椒粉、適量鹽、1 湯匙紹興酒和薑汁醃 2 小時。
3️⃣ 煎雞翼至兩面金黃,加入檸檬片和薑片,灒入1 湯匙紹興酒,放回之前醃雞翼的汁,小火煮約 5 分鐘(雞翼煎加煮的時間約 8-10 分鐘,視乎大小而定)。
4️⃣ 取出檸檬和薑片,關火,加入檸檬皮和 2 湯匙蜜糖拌勻即可出鍋。

🟢 Ingredients:
Chicken mid-wings, 10 pieces
Honey, 2 tablespoons
Lemon, 1 piece
Ginger, 1 piece
Shaoxing wine, 1 tablespoon
Salt and white pepper powder, to taste

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Thaw and wash the chicken wings, then blanch them for 1-2 minutes.
2️⃣ Marinate the wings with some white pepper powder, salt, 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, and ginger juice for 2 hours.
3️⃣ Pan-fry the chicken wings until golden on both sides. Add lemon slices and ginger slices. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine and pour back the marinade from earlier. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes (The total cooking time for pan-frying and simmering the chicken wings is approximately 8-10 minutes, depending on the size).
4️⃣ Remove the lemon and ginger slices. Turn off the heat and add lemon zest and 2 tablespoons of honey. Stir well and serve.
