What do ethical academic partnerships in global health look like? Join us for a forum to discuss international research partnerships in global health. Prakriti Shrestha, PhD student in the Health Systems Program, will present her review of existing toolkits and frameworks for evaluating international research partnerships. Colleagues from Lebanon and Uganda will reflect on what works well, what doesn’t, and what kind of considerations organizations from high-income countries should take into account when partnering with entities from the global south. Department of International Health Chair, Judd Walson, will reflect on the central role of international academic partnerships in global health, and the implications for our Department. The forum will allow for time after the panel reflections for an open discussion.
