2K Rustoleum | How to spray RUSTOLEUM (updated with your tips!!) Time & Material breakdown.

The best value paint out there is an acrylic alkyd. As far as durability, range of use and value go its top of the pyramid. Rustoleum, ACE rust stop, Valspar industrial enamel and rust armor, Majic implement paint and Axalta (Nason?) all fall under the Alkyd umbrella. These typically are treated as a 1K paint or single component coatings. They can easily be modified to a 2k (two component) paint using an activator (hardener, catalyst). The paint will respond well and your end product will benefit greatly. In this video I cover many of the great tips from commentors as well as how you can easily improve an already great product.
