The Royal Enfield Classic 350 Explores Bransdale in North Yorkshire

On this ride, The Royal Enfield Classic 350 explores Bransdale, away from traffic and the hustle & bustle of more popular places, it’s tucked away high on the North Yorkshire Moors.

On the maps it’s just a nondescript white line looping to the head of the valley. In reality it’s a magnificent single-track ribbon of tarmac heaven clinging to the contours of stunning moorland scenery.

It has everything, isolated farms, the hamlet of Bransdale at the head of the dale, gated roads we have to open & close and more cattle grids than you can shake a stick at.

I wouldn’t be surprised if I saw an old Austin 7 coming the other way with James Herriot from All Creatures Great and Small, driving it!

I was grinning all the way, listening to the throb of the Classic 350 engine, I never get tired of riding here.

While most bikers are blasting up from Helmsley to Stokesley or tripping down to Scarborough we get to ride this almost deserted little gem.
