What was Jack Hughes' path to pro?

Jack Hughes first off- the best 2001 birth year player in the world, was drafted 1st overall in the NHL.

At 13/14 years old Jack Hughes was in Toronto playing first for the Toronto Marlies AAA of the GTHL (Greater Toronto Hockey League). The best AAA minor hockey association in the world and in the best AAA league in the world.

Now Jack's brothers Quinn and younger brother Luke also played for the Marlies.

All also trained with PEP (Power Edge Pro) a.k.a. McDavid Power Edge.

Since their dad Jim was working in Toronto for the NHL Toronto Maple Leafs all of this made sense.
