✅ Icelandic sweet mustard (substitute honey mustard)
✅ Icelandic remoulade sauce (recipe below)

📌 Icelandic Remoulade Sauce:
✅ 5 tbsp mayonnaise
✅ 1 tsp mustard
✅ 1 tsp white wine vinegar
✅ 1 tbsp finely diced onion
✅ 1 tbsp grated gherkin
✅ 1 tsp chives
✅ ¼ tsp curry powder
✅ ¼ tsp salt
✅ Capers (optional)
