Toga has been the character I’ve seen the most people want nerfs for in My Hero Ultra Rumble and in the latest patch she has finally received one. They nerfed the damage of her beta which I’m going to be checking out today. Ended up having some very intense and chaotic matches in the process. Enjoy!
