And here we are back, testing strategies for this new BanList.

Skill Drain is limited, but we happily keep The Monarchs Erupt, which benefits tribute monsters as it doesn't restrict their effects unlike the rest of the field. So our floodgates still work!
We use the Kashtira as a decoy and bait all the possible handtraps, so we can then tribute our monsters without fear, activate Domain of the Monarchs, canceling the opponent's extradeck and setting our "Monarch's Skill Drain"

As always, I am attentive to your opinions and options for improving the deck!!! every idea is good!
