Ingredients
Idly rice 2 glass
Urad dal 1/2 glass
Chana dal 1/4 glass
Moong dal 1/4 glass
Toordal 1/4 glass
Dried red chilli 1
Green chilli 1
Small onion 9 to 10
Ginger 1 small piece cut into pieces
Whole pepper 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves few
Asafoetida powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon heaped
Water 3 glasses
All grind together to get the batter
Make dosa as early as possible
Don’t allow the batter to ferment
For tomato chutney
Chopped big onion 1
Tomatoes cut into pieces 2
Ginger 1 small stick cut into small pieces
Green chilli 1
whole dried Kashmiri chilli 2
Curry leaves few
Coconut Oil 1 tablespoon
Asafoetida powder 1/4 teaspoon
Jaggery powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 3/4 teaspoon
Tamarind 1 small piece
Water 1/2 glass grind well to get tasty tomato chutney
For seasoning
Coconut oil 1 tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
Small onion 2 cut into small pieces
Curry leaves
Add another 1/4 glass of water
വളരെ രുചികരമായ ഈ അടദോശയ്ക്ക് പറ്റിയ combination ആണ് തക്കാളി ചട്ടിണി ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കിയിട്ട് feed back തരണേ
