This video will train you to increase your CO2 tolerance through breath holds. We will do six rounds of 30 second breath holds. Breathe diaphragmatically when you hear "recover", and hold your breath when you hear "hold". It is always advised that your breath holds stay under or at 50% of your max capacity. This video assumes that your max capacity is at 1 minute.
