This cylinder is off of an Allmand Brothers tractor and needs to have the lockwire removed in order to rebuild it. Lockwires can be very difficult to remove because they require a hole in the barrel. That hole can fill up with water and dirt, causing the wire to rust and meld itself to the groove that it sits in.
