We know the importance of #nutrition and #exercise on the immune system but in turns out fasting can play a crucial role too.

Certain hyper inflammatory #conditions like arthritis can be better managed with the introduction of bouts of fasting to help regulate or reduce the excessive pro inflammatory episodes that occur.

So several studies and a body of research actually look at the effects of fasting and fasting mimicking #diets on inflammatory conditions.

But believe it or not fasting can have a direct anti inflammatory effect by even reducing the amount of specific white blood cells in circulation to lower the inflammation in that person!

Just another example of the power of fasting to help us!
