Melon Seeds - 2 Tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli - 6 Nos

To Make Paneer Lababdar
Paneer - 400 Gms

Whole Spices
(Cinnamon, Clove & Cardamom)

Ground Masala Paste
Water
Sugar - 1 Tsp

Chopped Coriander Leaves

Method:
1. To a pan, add butter and ghee. Then garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, onions, green chillies, and saute them for 3 mins.
2. Now add tomato, cashewnuts, melon seeds, kashmiri red chilies, salt, and saute for 10 mins.
3. Turn off the stove and let it cool.
4. Once the mixture is cooled, grind them into a fine paste by adding little water.
5. Heat the pan on low flame. Add butter, oil, whole spices, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and mix.
6. Add the ground masala paste. Cover and cook for 10 mins on low flame.
7. Add sugar, garam masala, kasuri methi and mix well.
8. Check the seasoning at this point.
9. Grate 50 grams of the paneer into the gravy. Then add the paneer pieces and mix well.
10. Cover and cook for another 5 mins.
11. Finish off by adding some fresh cream, coriander leaves, ginger.
12. Panner Lababdar is ready to be served.
