Hello friends, presenting you sprouts idli or green moong dal idli recipe. It is an easy and healthy alternative breakfast or idli recipe made with green gram lentil. This is a very healthy recipe which you can prepare for breakfast, lunchbox or even snacks. The dish can be consumed by itself as it does contain all the necessary spices in it but can be served with green chutney.

Mung beans is very nutritious, rich in protein and contains lots of fibres which is very healthy. In fact, it is a very good source of vegetarians, plant based protein. Raw foodists can also safely include this super food in their diet plan for weight loss also.

1/2 cup rava ( sooji )
1/2 cup curd
1 green chilli
1/2 - 1 inch ginger
Coriander leaves
Water : as required
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp Eno
1 tsp Oil
