A Year at Smith College: 2023-2024

As soon as she got to campus in August, Abby Dlug ‘26 knew she needed to capture the beauty of Smith College throughout the year. The result is a journey through the seasons at college.

“My only criteria were that I wasn’t taking videos of the same place every time (even though Paradise Pond is pretty, it gets repetitive) and that I didn’t include people. I instead wanted to focus on how the weather, nature, and time of day interacted with different places across campus.

“I am a nature lover at heart, and taking these videos reminds me that there is beauty everywhere, you just need to stop and look.”
