In this week's video, I show you three delicious meals suitable for weight loss: smoothie bowl with homemade low fat granola, homemade hummus & salad sandwich, and bulgar wheat with roasted vegetables and tofu ranch. These meals are low fat but will keep you full and satisfied as they are full of fibre and goodness.
