Australia Floods 2022 - Mildura Floods 2022 - Friday 25th November
In Today's Update -
Mildura Riverfront Precinct - Mildura Wharf - Historic Flood Markers - Mildura Marina - Mildura Boat Ramp - Walk over George Chaffey Bridge - VIC & NSW - Buronga Caravan Park - & Seriously Scrumptious Snack :)

Join us today (FRIDAY 25/11/22) as we check out the rising floodwaters around the Mildura area and see how much more they continue to rise.
Today we head back to the Mildura Riverfront Precinct and check out today's level at the riverfront's historic flood marker, and take a look at what's still visible of the Mildura Wharf.
We then head over to the George Chaffey, Mildura - Buronga Bridge on foot to check out the flood levels and raging currents around the bridge. The Mildura boat ramp has well and truly disappeared, and the floodwaters are creeping in quickly on the houses in the Mildura Marina. The Buronga Caravan Park has well and truly vanished under the floodwaters, as has the adjoining playground and scooter park.
After investigating the rising floodwaters we stop at the Park at Buronga, next to the George Chaffey bridge, and cook up a simple, cheap, and easy but seriously delicious and "moreish" afternoon snack.
Perfect for so many occasions and Something Everyone should try :)

We'll be posting updates and keeping an eye on the river levels around town EVERY DAY from various locations, as they seem to be rising faster and faster as we approach the peak.
