Singapore Arbitration Dialogue 2024

Singapore Arbitration Dialogue aims to highlight rising and distinguished Asian figures in the international arbitration community, through an engaging sharing session of experiences, perspectives and advice, as well as two way discussion.

This year, we had the privilege of hosting Justice Dato' Mary Lim, Justice Judith Prakash, and May Tai at our inaugural Singapore Arbitration Dialogue. They shared their experiences, discussing the evolving roles of judges and arbitrators, the importance of cooperation, and their personal journeys. The speakers also explored the current and future landscape of arbitration, addressing opportunities, challenges, increasing diversity, and offering advice on well-being and work-life balance for newcomers.
