The Pokemon Company International has sent out their Zarude Event Code to all those who enrolled in the Pokemon Trainer Club Newsletter from November 13th 2020 - November 20th 2020. Unfortunately if you were not able to create an account, or enroll in this newsletter within this window, you will not receive a Zarude code for the American Event.

I can also confirm that you can use a Japanese Event code, a European Event Code, and the American Event Code all on the same save file!
