Don Strapzy joins #realtalktrustories podcast to sit at the round table with ASB & Dee Gully for an uncut exclusive conversation.

Don Strapzy is a uk rapper born & raised in south east London, he spent his early years living all over the Lewisham area in parts like Catford, Deptford & Eltham the region is also known as blue borough.

Don came into the uk road rap scene in 2010 with a legendary F64 on SBTV this caused a buzz and led Essentials grime front man Remerdee to approach don as his manager, linking up with Money Mike they formed iRecords which also housed artists such as Snap Capone, Young Mad B & Young Spray.

Don Strapzy hit the ground running with big features from the likes of Ghetts, Young Tef, Giggs, Fekky, G Fresh to name a few.

Don was growing in success with a strong fanbase until trident part of the metropolitan police to tackle inner city crime was black listing by cancelling his shows and bookings.

Don Strapzy was approached by management specialist Vash who also looked after Chip to help get Don back on track, at this point he suggested a name change to rebrand they came up with Dru Blu which upon reflection Don regrets.

Later down the line with the music dreams fading away don who was always known for his love for football as heard on his punchlines started playing/running a Sunday league team known as SE Dons with long term friends like Big G & Doug of the winners talking podcast. SE Dons gained phenomenal support online with viral moments that led to significant growth which has now led them to a merger with Forest Hill FC which puts them into Saturday league football and into the FA Cup.
