Our 2016 Gold Service Superstar is our CDD (Customer Delivery Driver) Stuart Lockie!

Stuart is always going above and beyond, in every walk of life. His enthusiasm is consistently unrivalled and he never fails to create a great atmosphere when he's around. This transposes perfectly in to his working environment as he continues to get positive feedback from his customers and is held in high regard by all his colleagues.

This is all embodied in the story featured in this short video. Josie, a long time customer with ourselves was known by all our CDD's. She continued to be a ray of sunshine no matter how busy the working day for our drivers, all the while fighting her own battles. The simple act spoken about in the video is the sort of thing Stuart will do without second thought. It is the sort of thing that as a store, we strive to deliver and ultimately, it's the sort of little thing that can make a big difference to someone.

This is why Stuart has been chosen as our Gold Service Superstar of 2016, because he truly epitomises what Tesco as a company should be. We may be a big company but it's all the little things that make us what we are.
