DIY Speaker Upgrade - 2011 Ford Escape

I decided to upgrade the speaker system in my 2011 Ford Escape. I've never done this before, but it's actually quite easy and not too time consuming. The only challenge I faced was tying the wires together because there is not enough factory wire to work with. This DIY video works for all 2008 - 2012 Ford Escapes and the 2008 - 2011 Mercury Mariner.
