Surrogate Qualifications / Surrogate Requirements:
✅ Be within the ages of 21 – 41 years old (up to 45 if experienced)
✅ Be a U.S. Citizen
✅ Have had at least one child of your own and without complications
✅ BMI must be 18.5 – 31
✅ Be drug and alcohol free. Be a non-smoker and live in a smoke-free environment
✅ Be willing to follow the doctor’s fertility treatment for the best chance at a successful pregnancy, this includes injectable medications
✅ Be willing to undergo a psychological evaluation and background check
✅ Be 100% dedicated to the surrogacy process from the beginning to the end
