Ro-Ro Ship 3D Animated Explanation | Ship Terminology | Virtual Tour of a Ro-Ro Vessel

Описание к видео Ro-Ro Ship 3D Animated Explanation | Ship Terminology | Virtual Tour of a Ro-Ro Vessel

Ro-Ro (Roll-on, Roll-off) ships are vessels designed to carry wheeled cargo such as cars, semi-trailer trucks, buses, etc. Ro-Ro vessels have built-in ramps that allow the cargo to be efficiently rolled on and off the vessel when in port. While smaller ferries that operate across rivers and other short distances often have built-in ramps, the term Ro-Ro is generally reserved for large oceangoing vessels. The ramps and doors may be located in the stern, bow, sides, or any combination thereof.

In this video, we illustrated a 3D model of a RoRO vessel with a Deck tour, Cargo holds tour, and Bridge tour.
