NISSAN CUBE Rear Door Latch BREAKS In The WORST Possible Way

This 2009 Nissan Cube popped up for sale with a bad transmission, but it was cheap. I jumped right on that and had it delivered to the warehouse sight unseen. Now that it's here I've fixed the driver window, detailed it, ceramic coated it, and now it's time to fix the last few things before the transmission. The rear door latch is a common failure on the Cube and it only fails closed, so you have to rip the door apart while sitting in the back with almost no room to work. After you destroy the latch you can open the door and then the job becomes much easier. Plus I replace the rearview mirror, which is another common Nissan Cube problem.
