7 hits total (including lucky saves from Xeno a's ability), only one irrelevant bomb used. More specifically, I accidentally used a bomb instead of a flashbomb (why they share the button, why?) upon encounter with Saragimaru.

This bomb likely didn't save me a life - I specifically chose the weaker variant of Suzumi's bomb so that it wouldn't give me much benefit, especially in the stage part. Plus, I finished the run with one life to spare. Thus, I think this run is as good as a 100% legitimate no-bomb one (you may disagree).

The setup used was Suzumi + Suzumi + Iyozane. Iyozane's support skill grants pretty long invulnerability period once the flashbomb gauge is filled, and Suzumi's flashbomb can be used very briefly to leave the gauge almost full. This setup can make the player invincible for most of the time, though one needs to control the state of Suzumi to see when the next flash can be used (or just spam the flashbomb key).
