This is the pointe class posted yesterday without intros. This is a class that all levels can benefit from. We go back to basics to refine your technique, strengthen and shape your feet, and clean up your pointe work. Beginners to advanced professionals can find something to work on with these exercises. You can do this at home, just make sure you have a good floor.

I am a former soloist with the New York City Ballet and Miami City Ballet. When I was a young student, I was always looking for insights into the ballet world and how to improve my dancing as well as beauty and lifestyle tips. Now that I am a professional, it is my turn to share.
