Ingredients :
12 strips of uncooked bacon, chopped
1 large white onion peeled and chopped
2 bell peppers color of choice, stemmed, seeded, chopped
2 cups of frozen hash brown
18 large eggs, whisked
1 cup whole milk
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
salt & pepper as desired

preparation :
Cook the bacon for 10-12 minutes.
Add onion and peppers and cook 5 minutes.
Add hash brown potatoes and cook 5 minutes with the lid on.
Add the egg mixture, mix well and cover.
Cook for 30 minutes at 300F
Serve and enjoy :)
