The Caribbean Culture Fund is partnering with the Caribbean Broadcast Union to encourage increased media coverage of the arts. On June 13, creatives and arts advocates joined media practitioners to discuss the value and impact of art in the Caribbean. The CCF also announced its new awards, in partnership with the CBU, which will honour arts coverage in print, television, radio and digital media. Featured speakers include: Sonia Gill (CBU), Michele Pierre Louis and Kellie Magnus (CCF), Marielle Barrow (Caribbean InTransit) and Christopher Cozier, artist, writer and curator.
