Procession of the Nobles by N. Rimsky-Korsakov - Organ Transcription.

This performance is on the Hauptwerk system using the Notre Dame d Metz 1903 Caville-Coll organ sample set provided by Milan Digital Audio. The transcription is my own. This video replaced a camera video version and this time used camvideo to direct capture audio and video.

I supplied the transcription years ago to Thomas Murray who did use it on an album. It was a gift to him after hearing him play locally. Someone noted the performance and I was gratified to see how similar registrations and tempos were. I did exchange messages with Mr. Murray. He notes how people often tell him that they played the tune in band, and that's where I was introduced to it as a euphonium/baritone horn player. I always thought it would work well on the organ.
